Pure Kindness

Unfortunately, elementary school teachers don’t get the amount of praise and attention as they deserve. A persons most monumental growth comes from the age range of elementary school students. My mom is a elementary school psychiatrist and works beyond hard to help shape these kids into high functioning adults in our society. My most memorable moment from elementary school actually happened in kindergarten. On one of the first few days, I forgot my lunch at home. I didnt know what to do, so I just cried. Mrs. Johnson came up to me and took me to the cafeteria where she guided me and allowed me to choose whatever I wanted. I chose a pb and j, and she paid for it. I think of this moment all the time, and to be honest, she probably doesn’t because it is part of her daily routine to be kind.
